What is the price of shipping?

Shipping is $4.95 worldwide.Free shipping on orders over 79.

How long does it take to receive the goods?

Due to our special service requiring multiple steps, customers typically receive their orders within 20-30 calendar days.

What are the steps for shipping?

Different from other websites, after receiving your order, we need to customize the product, go to the temple for blessings, and then send the order to Shenzhen, from where it will be shipped overseas.

What is the blessing time? 

We will take the orders that were placed the previous week to the temple for blessings every Tuesday to Wednesday.（Excluding Chinese statutory holidays and adverse weather conditions.）

What is the shipping time?

All orders are in stock and shipped within 24-48 hours after being blessed .

10-15 calendar days （Locations like Hawaii may require additional time..）

Transit times international 

UK & Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): 3-6 business days
Australia: 6-12 business days
Neu Zealand: 10-25 business days
Mexico: 6-12 business days 

The delivery time of the video recording 

We will send the video to your email within 5-7 business days. 

Address Changes 

For address changes, please email our Customer Care Team at helpme@Lydazz.com with your updated address. Our team will do our best to update your shipping address before your order ships.
