We offer free Standard shipping on all orders over $49. Please note that the shipping threshold applies to the total paid after discounts are applied.

2. Shipping Policy

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email. Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase, inclusive of pre-sale and custom items.We will start processing the order after it is placed and send the order out within 5 working days,and the delivery takes about 8-10 days

3. Address Changes

For address changes, please email our Customer Care Team at helpme@Lydazz.com with your updated address. Our team will do our best to update your shipping address before your order ships.
